The Hojiblanca variety
The market is full of blended oils, but ours is not because it comes from a single olive variety, the Hojiblanca olive, which produces oils with excellent taste and good stability.
Our own groves
We buy no oil from outside, using only oil produced from our own carefully-managed groves. That way we can make sure our oil is of exceptional quality and taste.
Less Than 0.3% Acidity
With less than 0.3% acidity, Hojiblanca is amongst the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils you can find.
